Horizon Bot - Horizon – Maintenance details

Horizon will be temporarily unavailable to everyone during the 2-hour maintenance window while we move our database and core services to new infrastructure. This migration brings faster response times across the CAD and bots, and gives us full control over our data and backups. All existing data (servers, units, calls, records, settings) is carried over. You don't need to do anything. We’ve scheduled this during a typically lower-traffic period, but some users may still be affected. Please avoid making changes in the CAD or through the bots shortly before the window starts, as anything submitted during the migration may not be saved.
